A great place, and a great group of people I applied with WSI Staffing online.. and literally 2 days later I received a pleasant phone call that was similar to a phone interview from Bianca asking me of my interest creating a feeling of getting to know me and in doing so I was offered a job opportunity which created a sense of hope for me. Now 2 days later I walk in WSI staffing today. The feeling of comfort that Kayla creates around the room is better than great she is everything the process needs. She left me smiling. I lost my job and called Austin at wsi. He was able to place me in a job immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you.Update: Thomas and the entire team are very active in making sure your comfortable in the job your doing. Thomas or another wsi staff member comes daily to check on employees placed with in the company. Any issues or concerns are addressed immediately and effectively. Even once you are hired into the company they place you at they still check with you to make sure everything is still going well. I honestly can't tell you how great the wsi staff are. They are great people and work hard to make sure people are placed and like the jobs they are placed in. I would give them 10 stars if I could. By far the best staffing company in Battle Creek.

I've never had a bad experience with WSI. They've gotten me employed so fast twice. If you need a job like right right now I would highly recommend WSI. They get you in fast, They get you into the position you are looking for, they make sure you're making at least the minimum you'd like to work for sometimes they can get you in more a little bit more than what you'd expect. Carly is the best!!! She's is beyond sweet. Very very friendly. She makes sure you get exactly what you want or around the lines of exactly what you want and she also makes sure you're 100% comfortable with the decision you guys discuss. I wouldn't go through anyone else. WSI is the way to go!!
