It’s all fun and games until the bobbin runs out.
Put your foot pedal to the metal and operate industrial embroidery machines for a local manufacturer of corporate, career, and casual apparel. No sewing experience? Sew what. We’ll train you! Attention to detail, willingness to learn, dexterity, and a positive attitude are keys to success in this role.
Let’s chat about the Embroidery Operator role if you:
- Can (or are willing to learn how to) operate and maintain sewing machines
- Work well with others as well as independently
- Possess an excellent eye for detail
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Are described by others as positive and helpful
- Would rather be moving and on your feet rather than chained to a desk all day
- Have prior CNC or industrial sewing experience (not required, but a plus!)
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Have a HS diploma/GED
- Can pass a drug screen
- Are felony and conviction-free
We offer Embroidery Operators:
- Full-time work on 2nd & 3rd shift (2 pm – 10 pm, 10 pm – 6 am)
- A pay rate of $17/hour – $19/hour depending on shift
- A 2nd shift training schedule
- $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI
