As a Gummy Land Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include loading ingredients into machines, maintaining and cleaning machinery, and following safety protocols. You will manage production records, ensure product quality, and adhere to strict allergen guidelines and wash requirements. We’re looking for experienced food manufacturers who understand that this is fundamentally a manufacturing position, requiring precision, safety, and a high level of efficiency.

We offer this position (Machine Operator):

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 3rd shift, Monday to Thursday, 7 pm to 6 am – night owls, this is your time to shine!
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI

Qualifications for this role include:

Must be 21 years of age
Minimum of 1-3 years of machine operating experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting
Must be able to use a computer to report and log information accurately
Good people skills and reliability in completing tasks
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
A go-getter attitude, ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Positive and flexible mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
