Your day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing hand tools and secondary equipment to manufacture high-quality products efficiently and safely, conducting quality checks, and playing a critical role in minimizing waste. You’ll also support our commitment to continuous improvement by participating in initiatives like Flow Cell certification.

We offer this position (Factory Operator):

Competitive pay rates, with the 1st shift at $18.60/hr (6:00am – 6:10pm) and the 3rd shift at $19.20/hr (6:00pm – 6:10am).
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

Qualifications for this role include:

A preference for staying active and being on your feet, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Entry-level administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Must Be Able to Speak, Write, and Read basic English.
Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality is a must, as is the openness to working overtime for that extra paycheck boost.
