Contribute to the production of some of America’s favorite comfort foods! Unlike a fast-food job where you come home smelling like grease, our general factory laborers work in a huge food manufacturing environment and come home smelling like yummy, comfort snack foods. As a Packaging Associate, you’ll be working with a team to inspect, pack, and stack boxes of comfort foods like chips, candy bars, baked goods, baking mixes in a clean environment.

Key factors for success in these roles include teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent productivity. Schedules vary depending on the position/shift and the pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus overtime. If you have great attendance and a great attitude, you will be eligible to be hired as a permanent employee after 90 days.

We offer our Packaging Associates:

Full-time work on all shifts
A pay rate of $16.00 – $18.00/hr

Qualifications for this position are:

Can repeatedly bend, lift, and twist without any restrictions
Are comfortable working in a warehouse environment (bright, loud, lively, temperature variations)
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Excel at repetitive yet efficient production tasks
Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
