As a Production Team Member in Spring Lake, you’ll help ensure smooth production through tasks like packaging, quality checks, and machine operation. With multiple shifts available, you’ll be a critical player in maintaining the workflow and upholding our high standards for precision.

Founded in 1967,we specialize in custom plastic injection molding, catering to industries like automotive, medical, and consumer goods. As part of your daily duties, you’ll manage the setup and operation of assembly equipment, conduct quality assurance checks, and assist with packaging. Keeping the production line moving smoothly is a key part of your role, along with maintaining our company’s environmental goals by adhering to established protocols.

We offer this position (Production Team Member):

Pay rate: $15.50 – $17.50 per hour based on experience.
Shift options: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
Weekly pay.

Qualifications for this role include:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in manufacturing or mechanical environments preferred.
Proficiency with automated equipment and basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and a drive to succeed.
