In this role, you’ll perform daily tasks like trimming and inspecting blow-molded parts to meet strict quality standards. You’ll also help keep production running smoothly by maintaining your workstation and adhering to safety protocols.

We offer the Blow Molding Cutter Position:

Pay Rate: $19.12 for 1st shift, $19.67 for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Shifts: 1st (7 am – 3 pm), 2nd (3 pm – 11 pm), and 3rd (11 pm – 7 am), with the expectation of 12-hour shifts and potential overtime
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI
Weekly pay
Potential to be hired permanently with good attendance, attitude, and performance

Qualifications for this role include:

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Physical ability to perform repetitive wrist motions and lift up to 35 lbs
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Ability to spot defects and maintain production quality
Comfort working with hand tools and knives
