You can go to your local Meijer and find our products right there on the shelves. And those cups and to-go containers from last night’s dinner? Chances are you helped make those, too.
As Packaging Operator, you’ll independently manage a line, using your attention-to-detail to inspect food-grade plastic products for defects. You’ll accurately perform all quality checks before packing them for clients all over the world.

- Understand the importance and necessity of maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Have at least one year manufacturing experience
- Can acclimate to different temperatures
- Thrive in a positive work environment (no one likes an energy vampire)
- Look great in safety glasses and a hairnet
- Think jeans are the ideal work uniform
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Have a HS diploma/GED
- Can pass a drug screen
We offer Packers:
- Full-time work on all shifts
- A pay rate of $17.68-$18.68/hour
- Rotating shifts with every other weekend off
- 3 days on, 4 days off
- 4 days on, 3 days off
