Step into a pivotal role as a Machine Builder/Assembler in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where you’ll be integral to the assembly of the new Xp3500 commercial power washers. Your daily duties will involve reading blueprints and engineering diagrams, assembling equipment using hand and power tools, wiring and plumbing of large diesel units, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Additionally, you’ll identify defects, perform rework when necessary, and operate forklifts as part of your role.

We offer this position (Machine Builder/Assembler):

Pay Rate: $17 an hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm
Weekly pay
Referral bonus: $100 for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 for your referral to WSI
500-hour temp-to-hire period: $1 pay increase upon hire

Qualifications for this role include:

High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience (preferred)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering documents
Basic English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and self-motivation
