As a CNC Operator, your daily duties will include setting up machines, loading materials, and operating CNC Wire EDM machines to produce parts within specified tolerances. You’ll also monitor the machining process, perform routine maintenance, and ensure all quality standards are met. Your ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot issues will be key to optimizing production efficiency.

We Offer this position (CNC Operator):
 • Pay Rate: $17 to $20 per hour based on experience
 • Shift: 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm M-F)
 • A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

Qualifications for this role include:
 • Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar CNC machining role
 • Technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions
 • Familiarity with CNC programming
 • Strong knowledge of machining tools and materials
 • Ability to use measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gages
 • Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
 • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
 • Attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions
 • Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English and pass a drug screen including  THC.Â
 • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
 • High school diploma or GED
