Your responsibilities will include inspecting parts throughout the manufacturing process, documenting defects, calibrating measuring equipment, and conducting internal audits. You’ll also assist in implementing corrective actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality procedures.

We offer this position (Quality Technician):
- Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
- Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
- Weekly pay.
- The opportunity for permanent hire with good attendance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, GD&T, and understanding tolerancing.
- Experience with analog and digital calipers, micrometers, indicators, and vision systems.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other quality management software.
