Our company, founded in 1967, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of hardwood lumber across North America, Europe, and Asia. We focus on simplifying the customer experience while promoting sustainability and high-quality hardwoods. Operating over 40 facilities nationwide, we serve industries like furniture, flooring, and millwork.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately placing lumber into the correct carts, keeping the work areas safe and clean, and assisting other team members as needed. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll be expected to adhere to all safety rules and procedures while performing your duties.

We offer this Production Worker position:

Pay rate: $18 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM (sometimes until 3 PM for clean-up)
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI
Weekly pay
Opportunity to be hired in after 500 hours with good attendance, attitude, and performance

Qualifications for this role include:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow established safety policies and maintain a good safety record
Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and handling materials
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt and work where needed
