As a Production Associate, you’ll be responsible for assembling and inspecting plastic products for all major carmakers, heavy-duty manufacturers, and the automotive aftermarket (think power seat motors and windshield wiper systems). You will thrive in this role if you are reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy fast-paced work.
We offer Production Associates:
- A pay rate starting at $17 – $17.55 per hour, depending on the shift
- Opportunities on all three shifts
- The ability to be hired in after 90 days

- Can accurately operate machinery and air-activated tools to assemble product
- Understand the importance of a safe working environment
- Have basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Can spot a flaw from a mile away thanks to your keen eye for detail
- Are goal orientated and will work to exceed production rates and lean manufacturing targets
- Will take an active role in improving production processes
- Can lift, move, and carry up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet for the day
- Steel-toed boots are your go-to footwear of choice and you wear PPE as instructed
