We’re providing superior acoustical products worldwide! Before you break out your guitars, it’s not that kind of acoustic. As a Production Associate for this fiber-based molding company, you will assist in the production of acoustical fiber insulation for a variety of automotive applications.
Let’s chat about the Production Associate role if you:

- Are able to pass a pre-employment THC-friendly drug screen and background check
- Can repeatedly lift up to 17 lbs
- Have previous manufacturing experience (not required, but preferred!)
We offer our Production Associates:
- A pay rate of $16-$18/hr, depending on the shift and position
- Full-time opportunities on all shifts
- 10-hour workdays
- The ability to be hired in at 480 hours
- The freedom to dress for your own workday (shorts, sweatpants, and tank tops are a-okay!)
- $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
