If we have to write one more “finding the right piece of the puzzle for our team” job ad —we’re going to lose it. We're a board game and puzzle manufacturer in Indiana, working with companies all over the world. Our operation is currently searching for Line Technicians.
As an Assembly Line Tech, you’ll be responsible for the manpower, methods, materials, and machines on this line. You are going to be delivering a finished product that meets our currently attainable levels of quality. You are the “Captain of the Ship”, in as such you are expected to lead by example. Your area of responsibility includes production for quads, wrappers, conveyors, shrink wrapping, pack out, labeling and more.
Let’s chat about the Assembly Line Tech role if you:
- Have previous manufacturing/production experience
- Are able to set up, change over, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and get packaging machinery back into service quickly
- Can perform mechanical and and preventative maintenance on machinery
- Understand the importance of following all safety procedures
- Lead by example
- Can clearly communicate daily responsibilities and expectations with your co-workers
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Possess strong communication skills
Some requirements for this position include:
- Must have at least 2 years experience as Machine/Line Technician (required)
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Can pass a background check
- Can pass a drug screen
We offer Assembly Line Techs:
- 1st shift (30-40 hours per week)
- Starting pay of $14/hour
- Weekly pay
