As General Labor on our dynamic Hard Coat Team guided by the Hardcoat Supervisor or Team Leader, you'll ensure top-quality products are ready for shipment. This involves precise tasks in our cleanroom, from loading to preparing items for hard coating. Your role extends beyond products to maintaining an organized workspace, adhering to ISO standards, and collaborating on company policies. Plus, being a dependable teammate is key, stepping in where needed and always aiming for the best.
What We Offer:
- A competitive wage of $15/hr.
- Additional $.50 premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Hard Coat Shift: Mon-Thurs 5am – 3:15pm
- Earn a $100 bonus for each successful referral to WSI.

Some requirements for this position include:
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs with ease.
- Comfortable ascending a 4-6 ft ladder.
- A diligent team player with a safety-first mindset.
- Possess basic writing and math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A keen attention to detail and reliability that stands out.
