As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for load planning customer product and ensuring materials are delivered properly and efficiently. Attention-to-detail and strong communication are keys to success in this role.
A typical day as a Logistics Coordinator includes:
- Daily load planning, routing, and coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries using warehouse and transportation management systems
- Tracking inventory, process units, and preparing products for shipment/delivery
- Communicating scheduled deliveries to our customer salesforce
- Maintaining communication between network drivers, customers, site personnel, and third-party carriers
- Providing superior customer service via telephone and email
- Ensuring customers receive the correct product in proper condition
