Machine Operators are the lifeblood of our operation in Tipton, IN. We’re currently hiring for positions on second shift. Most of your duties include setting the machinery up for operation, make adjustments as necessary while operating the machine for the shift, perform troubleshooting and maintenance as needed. 

We offer Machine Operators: 

• Starting pay of $13 per hour (+ $1 shift premium)

• Second shift (30-40 hours per week)

Some requirements for this position include: 

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience required (minimum 2 years)

• Can keep a safe and clean work environment

• Must be detail oriented

• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
