Join the team! This leading manufacturer of specialty tools and equipment is looking for CNC Operators (like you!) to assist in producing components for shipment worldwide. We have 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities for people with varying experience, education, and skill levels. If you’re mechanically includes with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, let’s chat.
A typical day as a CNC Operator includes:
- Setting up job tasks and loading parts/tooling into the machine
- Cycling machinery
- Detecting part malfunctions
- Crating part identification tags
- Teaching tool offsets to team members
- Completing necessary paperwork
- Maintaining communication across various departments
Let’s chat about the CNC Operator role if you:
- Have previous CNC experience
- Are able to communicate in an effective and positive manner during stressful situations
- Would rather stand during an 8 hr shift than be stuck behind a desk all-day
- Don’t mind the workout that comes with bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Can use both hands to effectively grasp and grip parts
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- Have basic math and writing skills
- Are able to accurately read blueprints and measuring tools
- Can effectively manage your time
- Have experience with Mazak milling and Matrix controls (not required, but a plus!)
- Possess a High school diploma
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
We offer CNC Operators:
- Full-time work on 2nd or 3rd shift
- A pay rate of $17- $25/hour, depending on experience
