They are looking for Production Assemblers to join their growing team! In this role, you will load parts into automated assembly cells to support the production of customer products. If you’re a quality driven individual with strong attention to detail, let’s chat.
We offer Production Assemblers:
- Full time work on 1st, 2nd shift & C Shift
- 1st: Monday through Thursday (4am-2:30pm)
- 2nd: Tuesday through Friday (3pm-1:30am)
- C Shift: Friday through Monday (4am-2:30pm & 3pm-1:30am)
- A pay rate of $16.50-$18.35, depending on the shift
- The ability to be hired in with good attendance and productivity
- A $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
A typical day as a Production Assembler includes:
- Loading and unloading machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Recording production progress to provide timely notification to supervisors/maintenance team members
- Completing quality checks and properly packing parts for shipment
- Completing inspection sheets to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitoring material usage and floor stock
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by complying with all company policies/procedures

- Can read and interpret job process sheets and follow verbal instructions
- Are able to use a variety of gages (functions, go/no go)
- Have high standards of performance
- Are always looking for ways to improve and can acknowledge mistakes as they occur
- Have basic computer skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Understand the importance of a safe work environment
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. (not required, but preferred!)
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
