As a Production Associate in our Troy location, you will assemble plastic, lighting, metal, and mechanical components before they are prepared for shipment worldwide. If you strive for continuous improvement and have a strong attention to detail, we’re ready for you to join our team.
We offer Production Associates:
- Full time work on 1st and 2nd shift
- A Monday through Saturday work week
- A pay rate of $16.30 with a $0.25 premium for 2nd and 3rd shift

A typical day as a Production Associate includes:
- Assembling parts on an assembly line for light industrial manufacturing
- Ensuring parts are 100% defect free
- Recording production and scrap figures
- Following and supporting company safety, environmental, and quality policies
- Maintaining equipment and machinery
Here’s some qualifications we’re looking for in the Production Associate role:
- You have basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
- Don’t mind the workout that comes with walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Would rather be on your feet all day than behind a desk
- Have knowledge of basic 5S activities
- Thrive in a fast paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Understand the importance of a safe working environment
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time everyday
- Think steel toe boots and safety glasses complete any outfit
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D
- Have at least one year of experience in the automotive industry (not required, but preferred)
- Can pass a THC friendly pre-employment drug screen
