It’s made up of smaller companies like ours who produce the high-quality parts that go into these vehicles. We are hiring for Machine Operators for our Sturgis manufacturing facility. In our factory, you’ll play a key role in the timely production of plastic automotive parts. Attention to detail, reliability and consistent productivity are your keys to success in this role.

- An eye-for-detail and being able to spot a mistake from a mile away
- Can handle a steady pace of work

- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
We offer Machine Operators:
- Starting pay
- 1st shift: $15.50 per hour
- 2nd and 3rd shift: $17 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Entry-level positions (no work experience or diploma required!)
