We know that even the most advanced presses can’t run themselves. All the certifications and technology don’t mean anything without the best people to deliver solutions to our customers. We are now hiring for multiple roles for Production and Press Operators in our Wixom manufacturing facility.
We offer Production and Press Operators:
- $15-$17 per hour depending on experience
- The ability to be hired–in with good attendance and productivity
- Benefits, vacation time, and 401(k) upon hire–in
- Excellent extra income opportunities with overtime available
- $200 referral bonus for each person you refer to WSI
Some of the requirements we're looking for in our new team members
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year of Manufacturing Experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift, stand, crouch, and do repetitive tasks for the duration of your shift
- Can lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
- You're ok with exposure to some dust and noise in our production
- Can wear proper PPE and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Can read basic instructions written in English and operate machinery with close supervision and safety
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Consider yourself to be the ultimate team player
- Can pass a THC Friendly drug-screen and background check
