If you’re the type of person who keeps a clean kitchen and understands the importance of food safety, you're a perfect candidate for our Sanitation Technician position. These positions in Kentwood operate Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6a-6p, and 6p-6a.

We offer Sanitation Technicians:
- Starting pay of $25 per hour
- A $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid monthly over six months when you stick with us)

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Food Safety; The Sanitation Technician shall enforce all elements of food safety within the plant.
- Upkeep of entrances, floors, utility areas and storage areas, handling any and all line clean ups and the documentation for clean ups, enforcing all safety rules and regulations, monitoring the inventory of cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring the proper completion of Master Sanitation Schedule work.
- Being able to understand the definitions and what is involved for; changeovers, shutdowns, start ups, periodicals, 100% organic, 100% wash, 100% Allergen and kosher clean ups.
- Willing to cross train in other sanitation roles if necessary.
This position requires:
- Basic math and reasoning skills
- Flexible in hours and days that they work and be available as needed for intercompany work as deemed necessary by the company.
