Molten aluminum moves like silver water until it hits the mold and becomes something that holds up engines, frames, and real weight in the world. As a Die Casting Operator, you work where heat, timing, and muscle meet precision. This is hands-on manufacturing in Sparta, where parts are formed under pressure and your attention keeps production steady and safe. You will feel the pace of the line, learn the rhythm of the machines, and see finished castings stack up because you stayed sharp. No endless emails. No pointless meetings. Just real work that turns raw metal into parts that matter.
This Sparta based die casting facility produces aluminum components for automotive and industrial customers. The plant runs multiple shifts with a focus on consistent output, safety, and developing entry level operators into skilled manufacturing associates through structured training and performance reviews.
You will load and unload die cast machines, trim and inspect parts, monitor gauges and basic controls, and keep your station clean and organized. You will check castings for defects, follow production sheets, and work closely with a team lead to keep the line moving.
What we offer the Die Casting Operator position
• 1st Shift: $17.50 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour
• M-TH with OT on Fridays
• 1st Shift: 5:00am to 3:20pm (OT on Fridays from 5:00am-1:20pm)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 1:20am (OT on Fridays from 1:00pm-9:20pm)
• Fridays currently voluntary overtime, with possible mandatory overtime during ramp up

Attendance Incentive:
• 30 days: +$0.20 per hour if attendance is under 1 point
• 60 days: +$0.20 per hour
• 90 days: +$0.15 per hour
• Up to +$0.75 per hour within first 90 days

• 60 days: +$0.20 per hour
• 90 days: +$0.15 per hour
• Up to +$0.75 per hour within first 90 days
Retention Bonus:
• $250 at 60 days
• $250 at 90 days
• $500 total retention bonus

Training:
• First 3 days paired with an experienced associate
• Typical learning curve of 2 to 3 weeks

Post Conversion:
• 6 month wage review with potential increase

Qualifications for this position:
• Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts and handle hot, fast paced production work
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and heat
