WSI has been fantastic for me. They told me they would get me to working after I had been away from work for over a year and a half because of complications with surgeries from a ruptured appendix. They helped me and I’m happy to be back in the workforce.

Thomas from WSI did an amazing job getting me placed. I told him that I wanted to be placed in a warehouse and not a factory so Thomas made sure to place me in a warehouse. Thomas was also extremely quick and had me start the very next day after my interview. I was very impressed at how professional he was and how quickly I began work. Thomas also made sure to let me know the quickest way to get a raise which was to be forklift trained, so my second week of work I was forklift trained on the job site and quickly brought in to the WSI office for additional training so that I could get my raise quickly. I highly recommend WSI to anyone who is looking for work.

I worked with wsi a couple of years ago and they are absolutely awesome,,Sara and the entire staff was very professional and friendly and just so helpful at battle creek agency,,I left and came back to battle creek today and Went to wsi looking again for employment and Gabby and staff was just also awesome and friendly and helpful,,so wsi with their entire staff is definitely the best agency ever,no doubt !!!!!Also Thomas and other crew very awesome, I haven't met a few but have talked phone and definitely best agency ever!!!

Applied for a job on Indeed and was contacted right away, location was easy to get too and the entire staff was great. Very friendly and professional, they went over the job but also showed me other options they had to see what would work best for me. Mariah was my contact, she is wonderful answered all my questions and helped thew the initial process of starting my assignment. WSI is definitely better than other agencies.

I lost my job and called Austin at wsi. He was able to place me in a job immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you.Update: Thomas and the entire team are very active in making sure your comfortable in the job your doing. Thomas or another wsi staff member comes daily to check on employees placed with in the company. Any issues or concerns are addressed immediately and effectively. Even once you are hired into the company they place you at they still check with you to make sure everything is still going well. I honestly can't tell you how great the wsi staff are. They are great people and work hard to make sure people are placed and like the jobs they are placed in. I would give them 10 stars if I could. By far the best staffing company in Battle Creek.
