This is a manufacturing operation in Parchment, Michigan, producing specialty products that require precision at every stage. The facility runs clean, organized, and tight. Equipment is modern, processes are built to actually work. We are the kind of place where quality isn’t a talking point posted on a breakroom wall — it’s the reason the line keeps running.
Your day involves operating production machinery, running quality control checks at key intervals, packaging finished product to spec, and keeping accurate records of what you ran and what you caught. You’re reading process documentation, logging data, flagging anything that looks off on the equipment or the output, and keeping your station clean and organized. The pace is steady and the expectations are consistent. You’re not just feeding a machine — you’re watching it, learning it, and eventually running it with some authority.
What We Offer
- $20.00 per hour
- Multiple shift options: 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 4pm-2:30am Monday-Friday, Weekend 1st 6am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday, Weekend 3rd 6pm-6:30am Friday-Sunday
- Weekly pay
- A structured development path toward full machine operation

Requirements
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through
- Ability to read and follow process documentation and work instructions accurately
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work over a full shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality — not optional
- Must be able to speak, read, and write basic English
