Do you prefer working with your hands? We’re looking for a jack of all trades to service our clients’ buildings. in Facility Maintenance, you’ll work to perform preventative maintenance to ensure all buildings are operating properly. Key factors for success in this role include dependability, mechanical aptitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Let’s chat about the Facility Maintenance role if you:
- Have mechanical experience in any of the following areas: heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, machine tech, or facilities maintenance.
- Have reliable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Are able to obtain a chauffeur license or already have one
- Possess working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Don’t mind the workout that comes with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Are able to quickly respond to maintenance requests in case of an emergency (while following safety protocol)
- Can pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Consider yourself to be hard-working and dedicated
- Have outstanding communication skills
- Are able to follow direction with little or no supervision and work well with others
We offer Facility Maintenance Associates:
- A pay rate of $18-$22/hr
- Full-time, 1st shift work
