Director of Business Solutions – Midwest Expansion
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan | Permanent – Full-Time
WSI is seeking a high-tenacity, strategic Director of Business Solutions to architect and execute our market expansion across the Midwest. This is a high-autonomy, individual contributor role designed for a “builder” who wants to own a territory and create a business within a business. While many firms cap growth or provide one-time payouts, we reward long-term partnership. We offer a lifetime residual commission structure for the duration of your tenure. You aren’t just closing deals; you are building a personal portfolio of recurring wealth.

In this role, you’ll leverage and enhance your outstanding people skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage your client’s temporary workforce.
