We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our factory facilities. This position is responsible for performing general handyman tasks both inside and outside the building to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Maintain grounds, including basic landscaping and outdoor upkeep
- Assist with light construction and minor building repairs
- Change air and equipment filters as scheduled
- Clean and maintain machinery and facility equipment
- Identify and report maintenance issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferredy
- Basic knowledge of tools, construction, and building systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
Factory setting witha combination of indoor and outdoor work.
This is a 1st shift position offering steady hours and the opportunity to support a critical manufacturing operation.
