We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Team Members to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, associates will assist with operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Ideal candidates will have good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
We offer our Production Team Position:
- Pay rate: $19+ an hour
- Shifts:
- 1st: 7am-3pm | M-F
- 2nd: 3pm-11pm | M-F
- 3rd: 11pm-7am | S-Th
- Overtime on Saturdays
- Referral bonus:Â Earn $100 for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity for permanent hire with good attendance and performance.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.

Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain a steady production pace.
