In this role, the primary duty involves meticulously scanning unpainted parts for potential quality defects, such as excess oils, grease, rust, or deformities in the metal, before carefully hanging them on a rack. The Hanger must swiftly identify and report any defects to the supervisor or lead person, follow precise hanging instructions, and maintain pace with the production line. It’s crucial to ensure racks are fully utilized and to remain industrious by keeping the area clean and preparing parts pre-racking, guaranteeing the smooth operation and high quality of the production process.

Start with $15/hour, with potential for growth to $16 for showing up and shining.
The shift spans from 2 to 10 pm, crafting a schedule that fits your life outside work.
