Our company stands at the forefront of the food manufacturing industry, renowned for producing an extensive array of nutritious and delightful snacks. In the Machine Operator role, you’ll handle machinery operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and manage production and packaging processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dumping and measuring ingredients for popcorn into the machine or on to the line. Packing, labeling boxes, and stacking as well.
- Maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols like GMPs, OSHA, and HACCP, and effective documentation.
- Flexibility in work schedules and a dedication to ongoing learning and training are vital for success in this role.
We offer Machine Operators:
- $18/hr 1st shift: 6:50am-3:00pm
- $18/hr 2nd shift: 2:50pm-11pm
- $20/hr 3rd shift: 10:50pm-7am
OT availability is mandatory on weekends but 8 hour shift is consistent (plant runs 7 days/week)

Qualifications in this role we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic math skills and ability to handle calculations.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to varying situations.
- Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving items.
- Good vision and focus, essential for operating machinery.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
