As a Packaging Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include working in a dynamic food manufacturing setting. You’ll be an integral part of a team that focuses on packaging, ensuring products are ready for distribution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
We offer this position:
- A pay rate of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, across 2nd and 3rd shift
- A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
- Weekly pay, the opportunity for permanent hire based on performance, and access to benefits.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and twisting.
- Comfort working in a lively manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
- Adherence to dress code requirements.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
