Steel does not forgive guesswork, and neither do the tolerances on a laser table at eight in the morning. As a Machine Operator on 1st shift in Spring Lake, your hands guide raw metal into finished parts that fit the first time, every time. You will program, set up, and run laser and CNC equipment where thousandths of an inch matter and shortcuts show up fast. This is steady, focused work in an air conditioned shop where about 50 people build short run and prototype components for real world applications. If you like blueprints more than buzzwords and would rather solve a machine issue than sit in a meeting, you will feel at home here.
This Spring Lake manufacturing facility employs about 50 people and focuses on short run production and prototype metal components. The operation supports customers who need precision parts built to specification, often in smaller quantities with close attention to detail and turnaround.
You will set up and operate CNC mills, presses, Wire EDM, and laser equipment, monitor production for quality, take measurements with calipers and micrometers, troubleshoot machine issues, load and unload materials, assemble metal parts, and keep your work area clean and safe.
What we offer the Machine Operator position
Pay is $17 to $18 per hour based on experience.
1st shift role, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

This position has the potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Qualifications for this position:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating CNC, laser, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Skilled with hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.
• Basic math skills for measurements and production calculations.
• Willingness to complete a background screen and drug test including THC.
• Ability to obtain a power industrial truck license if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating CNC, laser, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Skilled with hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.
