Join the 1st team in Holland as an Assembler/Packager, where you’ll build and package mechanical and electrical parts that power everyday life. Blueprint reading experience needed and just a willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and work with your hands. This job’s got a bit of everything: tools, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing a product come together piece by piece.

You’ll spend your day assembling and packaging products using hand tools and light machinery. Tasks include inspecting materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and following clear, structured instructions from your team leads. Cross-training is part of the gig, so you’ll pick up new skills as you go.
We offer this position (Assembler/Packager I):
- Pay: $17/hr. on 1st shift,
- Shifts: 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm)Â
- Weekly pay and potential for permanent hire with strong performance
- A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
- Basic hand tool knowledge is helpful
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
