Their Holland facility values dependability, safety, and good people who show up ready to work As a Janitorial Maintenance team member, you’ll start your day early with cleaning assignments across offices, warehouses, and industrial zones. Your tasks will include floor care, general maintenance, waste and recycling disposal, and the occasional wall-washing or equipment move. Safety’s a big deal, so spotting hazards and staying alert is key.

We offer this position (Janitorial Maintenance):

Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
Weekly pay and potential for permanent hire with solid attendance and job performance

Qualifications for this role include:

At least 1 year of janitorial or building maintenance experience
Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and lifting items over 50 lbs
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
High school diploma or GED
Good time management and attention to detail
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is a bonus
