Acceptable Forms of ID for Employment Verification

When it comes to verifying your identity for employment purposes, WSI understands the importance of having clear guidelines. Below, we outline the acceptable forms of identification that we can accept to ensure a smooth and secure process during your interview.

Please note that all IDs must be current, unexpired, and original documents. We cannot accept photocopies.  Receipt for a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged List A, B or C document may be presented in lieu of a document listed above for a temporary period.

Form I-9 Acceptable Documents

Employees must provide documentation to their employers to show their identity and authorization to work.

For Employment Verification, WSI is able to accept one document from list A:

Documents that Establish Both Identity and Employment Authorization

The documents on List A show both identity and employment authorization. Employees presenting an acceptable List A document should not be asked to present any other document.
