Thermoforming Operator

Reporting to: Shift Team Leader

Direct Reports: None

FLSA Status: Hourly

Role Overview:
Operate thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality plastic parts, ensuring adherence to process instructions and product specifications. Lead line activities, maintain safety standards, and foster a cooperative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust thermoforming machinery to optimize production efficiency.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or similar technical roles.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
