Dexter Axle, a premier supplier and manufacturer of axles, doors, venting products, and more, has an opportunity for CNC Operators (Spindle) to join their team! As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for changing inserts, making offsets, and gauging readings. On top of ensuring the completion of all job cards assigned, you’ll have the opportunity to train new employees. Self-motivation, dependability, and a passion for excellent workmanship are keys to success in this position.
We offer our CNC Operators:
- Starting pay at $20.80 per hour + $1/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift
- Available shifts on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
- A bright, clean, and positive work environment
- A $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI

Qualifications we’re looking for in our applicants include:
- Having a working knowledge of CNC machines and robot operations
- Consider yourself a detail-oriented person who prides themselves on high-quality work
- Comfortable being on your feet for the day
- Are able to work independently
- Understand the importance of a safe work environment
- Can read, write and speak basic English
