In your role as Sanitation Lead, you’ll be steering the helm of our sanitation operations, ensuring our production equipment is not just clean, but pristine, meeting the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and food safety. Your day will weave through executing established sanitation procedures, diligently maintaining the master sanitation schedule, and ensuring periodic equipment cleaning aligns with our stringent schedule. Your expertise in testing for chemical concentrations and familiarity with Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) and Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems will be instrumental. Additionally, your ability to conduct pre-operational inspections and effectively train the sanitation team highlights the critical role you play in our operations.

We Offer Sanitation Lead:
- A competitive pay rate of per $22 hour.
- 2nd shift hours: 3:55pm-12:00am
- A lucrative referral bonus: $100 plus an additional $25 for each successful referral.

Qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a sanitation role within a production environment.
- Leadership experience, showcasing your ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office.
- A foundational understanding and ability to follow SOPs and sanitation procedures with precision.
- Proficiency in recording and reporting activities, ensuring transparent communication with supervisors.
- Knowledge in testing for chemical concentrations, with familiarity in COP and CIP systems considered a strong advantage.
- The capability to manage the master sanitation schedule, ensuring periodic equipment cleaning aligns with operational schedules.
- An aptitude for training and leading a team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.  Spanish language skills are a bonus.
