For over 40 years, this plastic injection company has been playing a pivotal role in custom molding solutions for industries ranging from telecommunications to automotive. They are looking for a 1st shift Mold Setter and 3rd shift Utility to join their production team in Sturgis, Michigan! If you’re a self-starter with great manual dexterity and strong attention to detail, we’d love to chat.

A typical day includes:

Pulling products off the press after cycle completion
Trimming excess plastic off of produced product
Performing visual inspections
Preparing items for shipment
Grinding leftover plastic to repurpose
Operating a variety of hand/power tools to assemble molded components

Qualifications we’re looking for:

Enjoy the versatility of cross training in various positions
Setting up equipment, connecting water lines, air lines and necessary equipment to the mold and machine.
Have great manual dexterity and can safely operate a variety of hand tools
Troubleshooting, able to identify issues and maintain production
Are able to bend, lift, and twist
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Can use both hands to effectively grasp and grip parts
Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day

We offer our Team Members:

Full-time work (1st shift: 8am-4pm, 3rd shift: 12am-8am)
A pay rate of $15.67-$18.22, depending on the qualifications
A family-oriented work environment
