As an Expander in our Zeeland facility, you’ll be crafting lightweight honeycomb cores used in aerospace, marine, and transportation industries. Your precision in expanding and sizing these cores ensures the strength and efficiency of critical components worldwide. Think of it as unfolding the future, one core at a time. Precision matters here—because when you expand a honeycomb core, the whole structure depends on your accuracy.

Your day involves preparing materials, operating the expander to meet specifications, measuring final products for accuracy, documenting processes, and preparing cores for shipment. You’ll also assist other departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Offer This Position

2nd shift: $18.90/hr plus $3 shift premium; Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Ability to work overtime as needed
Eligibility to work on programs subject to ITAR regulations
