CNC Operator | 1st Shift | $18hr. Based on Experience | Grand Haven, MI

Put your CNC skills to work in a shop that values precision and craftsmanship! Join our 1st shift team running Biesse CNC Routers on a variety of wood products and enjoy three-day weekends every week.

What You’ll Do:

Operate flat table and pod & rail CNC Routers
Set up tools, prep materials, and run jobs efficiently
Perform quality checks using tape measures and calipers
Read blueprints and input dimensions into CNC programs
Log jobs and access production prints via ERP system

Why You’ll Love It:

$18–$19/hr. based on experience
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (three-day weekends)

Requirements:

CNC Router experience with wood products
Ability to follow tooling setup procedures
Basic English (read, write, speak)
Proficient with measuring tools and reading blueprints
Comfortable using computers to log jobs and access prints
