Every successful grow operation depends on the people behind the scenes keeping things running. As a Maintenance Associate in Grand Rapids, you’ll be right in the thick of it, helping set up hydraulic grow tables, installing drainage pipes and making sure the facility stays in top shape. If you’re the kind of person who can solve problems with a wrench in one hand and a plan in your head, you’ll fit right in. Think of this as ten weeks where your skills keep the whole place moving.

Founded in 2018, our company has grown from Grand Rapids’ first provisioning center into a full-scale cannabis wellness brand. We focus on quality, inclusivity, and consistent craftsmanship, running vertically integrated operations from production to retail.

We offer this Maintenance Associate position:

$20 per hour, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, paid weekly
Discount on our products
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI

Qualifications for this position include:

1 to 3 years of maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related mechanical systems
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and following preventative maintenance schedules
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working safely on wet or elevated surfaces
