As a Quality Technician, your responsibilities will include hourly checks on multiple production lines, resolving quality discrepancies, and maintaining accurate, detailed reports. You’ll play a key role in upholding product integrity, assist in test runs and new product trials, and support a safe, organized workspace.

We offer this position (Quality Technician):

Pay Rate: $21.95 per hour.
Shift: 3rd shift (10:50pm-7am)
Referral Bonus: $100 for each friend you refer, plus an extra $25 bonus when you refer to WSI.
Weekly Pay

Qualifications for this role include:

High School Diploma or GED required; post-high school education preferred.
At least 3 months of Quality Assurance Technician experience; 1 year preferred.
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
Keen attention to detail, especially on fast-moving production lines.
Basic knowledge of machinery operations as related to quality control.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including fractions, ratios, and percentages.
Strong interpersonal skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and stand or sit for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
