This isn’t a sit-back-and-coast kind of role. It’s physical, it’s fast-moving, and it keeps you locked in from clock-in to clock-out. As a General Laborer supporting shipping and production, you’ll be loading materials, running tools, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go without excuses. It’s hard work—but it’s honest, and there’s room to grow if you’re the type who shows up and gets it done right.
This shop in Quincy, MI has been around for over 65 years and is proudly 100% employee-owned. They back their people, run a clean floor, and offer the kind of work culture that makes long shifts more bearable.
You’ll use power tools, inspect parts, track materials, and clean your zone like it’s second nature. If you’re forklift-certified, you’ll be moving product between departments. If not, there’s still plenty to do—from paint touchups to banding and measuring. You’ll also assist in shipping and keep an eye on product counts and quality.
What We Offer This Position
- $19.50/hour
- 1st shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Paid weekly
- Full-time position

Qualifications
- Experience in general labor or material handling preferred
- Comfortable with power tools and reading tape measures
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
- Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and move frequently
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Willing to switch tasks and assist wherever needed, including shipping
