You walk in and know exactly what’s where, what’s missing, and what doesn’t add up. That’s the kind of brain we need running Inventory Control in Mattawan. You’ll be the one catching errors before they become delays, keeping the numbers tight, and making sure production never stalls because someone couldn’t find the parts. This isn’t desk work all day—you’ll bounce between computer screens, spreadsheets, and the floor, staying sharp on both sides of the operation. It’s a Monday-to-Friday gig with the occasional weekend. If you like knowing exactly what’s going on and hate loose ends, this is your kind of job.

We are a Michigan‑based manufacturer supplying high‑precision molded and electromechanical components to the auto industry. Since 2005, we’ve grown into a vertically integrated, full‑service supplier with hundreds of team members across multiple locations — delivering design, tooling, manufacturing, and quality‑control under one roof. Our plastics, moldings, and assemblies roll off the line into vehicles you see every day.

In this job, you’ll track every piece of incoming and outgoing inventory, run weekly cycle counts, write and update procedures, dig into discrepancies, and help run full physical inventories. You’ll partner with production to keep shelves stocked and numbers accurate.

$19/hour, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm (some weekends)

Qualifications

1+ year experience in inventory control
Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Detail-focused and organized, even when things get hectic
Strong communication and solid follow-through
High school diploma or equivalent
