If you can type and have an obsessive desire for accuracy, listen up: we are looking for a Data Entry whiz to work in the campaign auditing field in Kalamazoo, MI. You’re the ideal candidate if you can maintain flawless accuracy during repetitive data entry, are detail-oriented, and have excellent people skills.

A typical day as a Data Entry Specialist includes:

Entering data related to campaigns and voting registry, filing and auditing and organizing data
Inspecting and processing data to ensure customer requirements are met
Communicating with customers and staff via Microsoft Teams and email
Logging all production results and hours into their designated software
Maintaining the data software system by following all work instructions and procedures

Let’s chat about the Data Entry role if you:

Have fast and accurate typing skills, at least 90 words per minute required
Enjoy working with computers, word processing tools, and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google docs, etc.)
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Are able to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers in a professional manner
Can work independently
Pride yourself on your outstanding attention to detail
Possess a positive and helpful attitude
Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
Can routinely lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs with team assistance
Are able to stand for long periods of time
Can pass a drug screen
Are felony and conviction-free

We offer Data Entry Clerks:

Full-time work on 1st shift (7:30am-4pm) and 2nd shift (4pm-10pm)
Pay starting at $18.00/hour
$100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI
