Job Title: Part-Time Janitor / Custodian (Manufacturing Facility)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing facility. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in a job well done, and need a position that fits around your existing schedule, this role is perfect for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Hours: 10–15 hours per week

Schedule: Highly Flexible. We will work with you to establish a shift schedule that fits your availability (day, evening, or weekend options available).
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be keeping our office spaces, common areas, and facilities clean and sanitized. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office areas, hallways, and breakrooms.

Sanitization: Cleaning and restocking restrooms and locker rooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors, and soap/paper dispensers).

Dusting: Wiping down surfaces, desks, and common office areas.

Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycling bins.

Periodic Deep Cleaning: Occasional window washing and operating a mechanical floor buffer for deep-cleaning facility floors (experience preferred, but we will train!).

Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals and working around a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.

Dependability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout your shift.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and a desire to maintain a safe, tidy workplace for our team.
